Final Sale Items  

Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or merchandise credits. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as these items cannot be refunded or exchanged under any circumstances.  


Return Eligibility  

We accept returns for new, unworn, and unaltered merchandise purchased directly from informationsgeiits.com, provided that all original tags remain attached. To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, without any signs of wear, washing, or alterations. Returns must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.  


We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, including items that appear worn, damaged, or missing their original tags. If an item is deemed ineligible for return, it will be sent back to you, and a refund will not be issued.  


Return Shipping & Responsibility  

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect due to our error. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit, so we strongly recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and insurance. This ensures the safe return of your package and protects you in case of any unexpected issues during delivery.  


Processing Time & Refunds  

Once we receive your returned item, our team will carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our return requirements. If approved, a refund will be credited in the original form of payment within 7 business days from the date we receive your return.  


Although we process your refund immediately, please allow one to two billing cycles for the transaction to appear on your credit card or bank statement, as processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.  


Exchanges  

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product. This ensures faster processing and guarantees that your preferred item does not go out of stock.
